My stay at Novotel exceeded all my expectations, particularly in its exceptional treatment towards my elderly parents. The staff's good attitude and genuine care towards them made our experience truly remarkable. The ironing facilities were a lifesaver, ensuring we looked sharp for our outings exploring Berlin's vibrant art scene. The soundproofed rooms provided a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after long days of photographic excursions. The free toiletries added a luxurious touch to our stay, and the electric kettle in the room allowed us to unwind with a comforting cup of tea after a day of exploration. Novotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort truly set it apart; I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
